since some people wanted to see how the film looked before all the post-production I made a fast movie to show, so here it is.

A week left before the deadline, and some hard work has been made this weekend. Here´s the first half of the scene with sound and music added. Still some work left on the keying for all the greenscreen stuff, and a lot of polishing. Music made by Frederik Sjölund. Enjoy!

After we spent whole sunday filming our Die Hard Remake I took some footage into After Effects to try some stuff out. Here´s the first clip. The whole background is from the original film so we have to replace that with an own version. But this is once again just a small test to see how stuff works out.
Run Mclane! Run!

We´re gonna enter a film contest held by stockholm filmfestival. The rule is simple, remake one of your favorite action scenes, and keep it shorter than 3 minutes. So we choose from the best action movie ever made, Die Hard, and we picked the final rooftop scene. Helicopters, explosion, jumping out from buildings, it doesn’t get any funnier than that.

So we´re gonna start shooting this Sunday and right now we´re trying out some stuff. Patrik is modeling the Nakatomi plaza in 3d, and I took it into AE for some fast post-production. Here´s a short scene of how it looks now. A lot of work still left on the building and the whole scene but this gives us an idea of how the final look will be. More stuff to come. Yippie kay yay

Latest scene that´s being worked on. Trying to make a little bigger battlefield then it was when we filmed it. Still work in progress but this gives some idea of how it will look in the end. Hopefully.

Here´s a first look at what the intro to Copy of War II will look like. Patrik finnished modeling the bombs this week so I put them together with a sky and some cloud particles in AE, turned out quite good. The bombs will continue to drop to the ground and end up in alot of explosions. There is still some work left on the camera motion and so on.

Our film Copy of War II has been filmed and post-production works has begun. The first scene you can see below is where our “hero” runs againts a soldier that has a hard time with his aiming. We added some more dust and debris for the bullet hits, bullet tracers and muzzleflashes was also added.

Here is the first scene from our upcomming short called Copy of War II, well it´s actually from a short test sequence me and Patrik did today, it worked out good. Tomorrow we´re gonna start shooting the movie so we will post some more stuff after that.
